PROPERTY TAX RATE FOR CITY OF LIVERPOOL

There is hereby levied for general purposes and use by the City of Liverpool, Texas for the tax year of 2021/2022, and for each year thereafter until otherwise provided, an ad valorem tax at a the rate of $0.14773(14.773 Cents) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100) of assessed valuation on all property, real, persona, and mixed within the corporate limits upon which an ad valorem tax is authorized by law to the be levied by the City of Liverpool, Texas .

TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT-MITIGATION (CDBG-MIT)


The City of Liverpool will submit a CDBG HARVEY HUD MID application for $3,404,218 for city wide street/drainage improvements activities related to declared disaster events to the General Land Office (GLO) CDBG-MIT Program.  Applications will be available for review on and after October 5, 2020 at City Hall at 8901 CR 171 Liverpool, Texas  77577 during regular business hours.

TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT – MITAGATION (CDBG-MIT)

 

La ciudad de Liverpool presentara una solicitud CDBG-MIT para $3,404,218 para actividades elegibles mejoramientos a los sistemas de drenaje localizados en toda la ciudad relacionadas con eventos de desastre declarados a la Oficina General de Terreno (GLO) CDBG-MIT Programa.  Las solicitudes estaran disponibles para su revision el Octubre 5th,  2020 y despues en la Municipalidad en CR 171 Liverpool, Texas  77577 durante el horario commercial normal.
