***THE CITY OF LIVERPOOL HAS ISSUED A BOIL WATER NOTICE (CLICK LINK BELOW) DUE TO A CONTRACTOR RUNNING A FIBER OPTIC LINE HIT A MAIN WATER LINE ON THE CORNER OF 2ND STREET AND AVENUE F. WE HAVE HAD TO TURN THE WATER OFF TO THE CITY TO GET THE BREAK FIXED. ONCE WE HAVE AN UPDATE WE WILL POST IT, AND ONCE THE BOIL WATER NOTICE IS LIFTED, IT WILL BE POSTED.

The City of Liverpool adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year’s tax rate. The tax rate will effectively be raised by 7% and will raise taxes for maintenance and operations on a $100,000 home by approximately $7.6264.
